Wycombe Wanderers have confirmed the departure of midfielder Jack Young.
The 22-year-old, who is contracted with the Chairboys until 2025, has signed for Ayr United in the Scottish Championship.
The ex-Newcastle United man joined the Chairboys on a six-month loan deal in January 2022 before signing a permanent contract a few months later.

However, game time has been hard to find for Young, who has only played 11 competitive fixtures for the club in the last 18 months, scoring once.

His solitary strike came in Wanderers’ 4-0 away win at Long Crendon in the Berks & Bucks Cup in February 2022.
The move to Scotland is until January 2024.
In more transfer news at Wycombe, the Chairboys have confirmed the signing of Taylor Clarke from Non League Needham Market.
The 18-year-old had been on trial at the Chairboys this summer and appeared in several pre-season matches, impressing both Sam Grace and Matt Bloomfield.
The defensive midfielder, who had spells in the academies at West Ham United and Ipswich Town, will wear the number 32 shirt for Wycombe.
