A dog rescue is looking for a committed person to join its ranks as its first chief executive officer. Stokenchurch Dog Rescue hopes to appoint its first chief executive officer after recently celebrating 50 successful years as an independent Bucks charity.
The main duties of the CEO will be to raise the profile of the Stokenchurch Dog Rescue across Bucks, Oxfordshire and West Berkshire and extend fundraising.
The charity rehomes an average of 500 dogs a year and has a policy to never put healthy dogs to sleep. They work closely with the community to raise awareness of responsible dog ownership.
Applications for the post should be submitted today and selection interviews will take place by early December.
Details of the job role and application forms can be found at www. stokenchurchdogrescue.org.uk
