Man airlifted to hospital after being trapped under car
A man who was trapped underneath a car in Amersham yesterday had to be airlifted to hospital after firefighters helped him to safety.
Although the exact circumstances of the incident could not be confirmed by the authorities, it is understood the man became trapped shortly after 4pm.
Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue were called to the address in Hillway at about 4.25pm and a crew from Amersham and Beaconsfield, along with an officer, used stabilisers and airbags to release him.
His current condition has not yet been confirmed.
