A teenage girl was dragged to the floor and kicked by a gang of girls in High Wycombe on Saturday.

The victim was approached by three teenage girls on Mendy Street at around 8pm on February 6, where they dragged her to the floor and kicked her.

The girl sustained bruising to her face and body but did not require hospital treatment.

Investigating officer PC Christopher Hobbs from High Wycombe station said: "I would like to ask anyone who saw or heard anything or has any information at all about this assault to please contact me via the non-emergency number 101.”
