A POPULAR pizza chain has opened a new takeaway in a Buckinghamshire town.

Not one but two Domino's takeaways have opened in Aylesbury today (February 28) serving up freshly cooked pizzas to hungry residents in the area.

Domino's has opened in Concorde Square, Aylesbury Berryfields and has reopened its Jansel Square after a recent fire left the store damaged.

Both stores celebrated with a ribbon-cutting event.

Domino's hopes the new store in Concorde Square will give the local community a welcome employment boost serving up 25 local positions including pizza chefs, in-store team members and delivery drivers.

To celebrate both store openings, customers can celebrate with their classic Two for Tuesday pizza deal, as well as two extra tasty deals – a small pizza for £8 (£10 medium or £12 large pizza) for delivery and two topping pizzas starting at £5.99 for a small (Medium £7.99, Large £9.99) when you collect until Sunday, March 5.

Operations Director at SK Grou Ricky Kandola said: “We’re excited to have opened our third store in Aylesbury allowing us to deliver our delicious menu with great service to our loyal pizza fans. We have also reopened our store in Jansel Square –  giving our customers Two for Tuesday today on pizza and stores!

"We’re still on the lookout for exceptional people to be part of our Aylesbury Berryfields in-store team.

"With more than four in five of our store managers starting their own career as team member, these roles offer a great opportunity for ambitious people looking to grow and build a career with the nation’s best-loved pizza company!”

Both stores will open Sunday to Thursday 11am to 12am, Friday and Saturday 11am to 2am.
