A FAMILY farm shop is closed this morning after burglars broke in overnight.
Laceys Family Farm in Lane End published on social media a message to customers warning of the closure this Thursday (April 4).
The farm shop has received kind messages of support from customers.
A statement on their Facebook said: "Due to a break in overnight, the farm shop will be CLOSED this morning, Thursday 4th April whilst we clear up.
"We will provide updates on social media when we are able to open again, this is likely to be later this morning and we will only be able to accept card payments. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
"Thank you all for your concern, many of you have called already to check we're all OK!"
The matter is being dealt with by Thames Valley Police.
