A man was arrested in Milton Keynes yesterday (April 6) in connection with a Tesco Express robbery.
There was a heavy police presence in Groundsel Close, Walnut Tree on Saturday afternoon as armed officers arrested a man for possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear.
The arrest was in connection with a robbery of Tesco Express in Fyfield Barrow which happened in the morning.
Residents saw an increased police presence in the area following the robbery.
Officers thanked local residents saying: "We would like to thank residents for their support and cooperation while we have been in the area to carry out this arrest."
