A TURKISH restaurant which underwent a refurbishment earlier this year believes their venue "provides an enhanced dining experience."

Chanak in The Parade, Bourne End, reopened its doors at the end of March following a major refurbishment, much to the delight of its customers.

The inside of the restaurant has been decked out with vibrant colours and cosy seating, so guests can enjoy their food in a relaxed setting.

The restaurant closed in January to carry out the works and provide a new refreshed and modern looking restaurant.

A spokesman for Chanak said: "Our goal was to create a space that feels even more comfortable and welcoming, providing you with an enhanced dining experience.

"We believe our new design captures the essence of warmth and hospitality of Turkish culture, setting the stage for memorable moments shared with friends and family. From cosy seating to a more inviting ambience, every detail has been carefully considered to meet perfection.

"The new bar area is designed to be a vibrant focal point, offering a relaxed setting for you to unwind and enjoy handcrafted cocktails, fine wines, and a selection of beverages.

"It's a space where conversations flow, and laughter echoes, and family and friends meet and socialise.

"We can't wait to welcome you all!"

The menu serves up healthy, authentic Turkish and Mediterranean food, with grilled meat and even Octopus.

You can also order traditional shish kebabs, koftes, flatbreads and more.

The restaurant is open 12pm to 11pm Monday to Saturday and 12pm to 10.30pm on Sundays.
