A WOMAN in her 60s was "left shaken and upset" after she was robbed in broad daylight.
Police received reports of a robbery taking place on Waterside, between Trapps Lane and Moor Road in Chesham.
The incident happened at about 5pm on Wednesday, May 8, where a man run towards a woman at speed and grabbed her handbag.
Police said the woman was not injured but left feeling shaken and upset.
Officers have arrested a 40-year-old man from Aylesbury on suspicion of robbery. He remains in custody at this time.
Investigating officer PC Harrison Snell, said: “We are investigating this robbery and we are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
“We are aware of two people who may have witnessed this incident, who we would ask to get in touch with us.
