CHALFONT St Peter and Beaconsfield SYCOB shared the points in the Southern League Central division yesterday.
The match finished 1-1 as Alan Hedley put Saints in front after 54 minutes but they were pegged back just 13 minutes later when Thompson struck for Beaconsfield.
Elsewhere, Marlow were 2-0 winners over Aylesbury thanks to a brace from Lee Barney.
Meanwhile, on Saturday Beaconsfield were beaten 2-1 by Daventry, Chalfont edged Godalming 2-1 and Marlow were 2-1 winners over Rugby Town.
