High Wycombe racers Jack Goff and Tom Ingram unveiled their cars for the 2015 British Touring Car Championship on Tuesday.

The pair were among 32 drivers at Donington Park circuit to take part in the official season launch to showcase their wheels for the upcoming season and to take part in some testing.

Stokenchurch native Goff is entering his third season in the championship and announced last month that he was joining the Triple Eight team, who are the reigning constructors/manufacturers champions.

The 23-year-old finished fifth overall after the session and commented to the competition’s official website that he feels his new MG will only get better.

He said: “It’s been nice to get on track at the media day, having never really managed it before. It was good to pound round and get some more laps under my belt. Overall it’s been a really good day, I managed a new tyre run and I definitely think we have more to get out of the car, despite finishing fifth.”

Ingram will be lining up on the grid for his second season in the championship after re-signing with Speedworks Motorsport earlier this month.

The 21-year-old finished one place above Goff in the standings in 2014 having driven his Toyota Avensis to 14th overall, a strong position which came courtesy of 19 points finishes from the 30 races.

The pair will go head-to-head when the season officially kicks off back at Brands Hatch on the weekend of April 4-5.
