Wycombe Wanderers striker Malachi Linton put in a man of the match performance in King’s Lynn Town’s 3-0 win over Weymouth on Saturday.

The 21-year-old, who is currently on loan from the Chairboys at the National League outfit, won and scored the spot-kick in the Linnet’s victory over the Seasiders, which was their first win in five league games.

The strike was Linton’s fourth of the campaign and his second in consecutive games.

Lynn remain second from bottom in the National League, with this victory being only their fourth this league season.

Other loanees such as Adam Leathers made his debut for Dulwich in their 3-1 defeat to Chelmsford in which he started, whilst Andre Burley and Max Ram played in Hungerford’s 2-2 draw at Slough.

Connor Parsons, who joined Non League Bromley on Friday following his stint at Notts County earlier in the season, was named on the bench for the game against Halifax Town, before their fixture was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Finally, former Wanderer James Clark has signed a permanent deal with Beaconsfield Town.

Clark spent some time with the Rams on loan at the start of the season, before his contract with the Chairboys expired in January.

The former Chelsea youth team player has since now joined the South Bucks outfit on a full-time deal.
